On June 19, 2015, Freedom Youth Project Foundation (FYP) welcomed the State Department and The Latin American Delegation from Argentina, The Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Perú, Venezuela, Uruguay, Paraguay, Costa Rica and Cuba. The morning started with a training, provided by FYP CEO Saul Castellanos, on the issue of Human Trafficking Prevention. This was followed by a Panel of Experts, representing SAPD/FBI, Homeland Security/ICE, Juvenile Probation and the Gang Task Force, the Rape Crisis Center, RAICES, and FYP.
In addition to the Latin American Delegates, member of the Armed Forces attending the trainings. Ample time was provided for questions to the panel. The event ended with a luncheon for continued networking and enjoyment.
