On Saturday, February 11, 2012, Freedom Youth Project presented at the annual youth conference in San Antonio, TX. The Super Youth Spectacular event was themed "Made to Love." This event is held annually by the Archdiocese of San Antonio. 900+ youth, parents and youth leaders attended the conference where popular chastity speaker, Jason Evert, gave the keynote speech. To complement his keynote, and the theme of the conference, Freedom Youth Project presented on the topic of domestic minor sex trafficking: what it is, who it affects and how youth and adults can make a difference. The conference is the first of many youth events Freedom Youth Project will be presenting at as part of our goal to train 5,000 youth on the topic of Domestic Minor Sex Trafficking. Our hope is to train youth on the red flags of trafficking, and to encourage them to put their faith into action by joining in our work.
